At Home, the Home Décor Superstore, wanted its email marketing to communicate its brand values - value, variety, newness and usefulness - all while enticing shoppers to come in store. To the left are several examples of how I incorporated those values into email messaging throughout the arrival of new styles and changes in season, all in a voice that has an undeniable wink and smile.

Keep a special eye out for the Black Friday email - it was one of a four-part email campaign I wrote that led to a 37% boost in Black Friday sales over the previous year, while the brand was only expecting 7% growth.
